I used this service for my daughter's 30th birthday, when our other plans fell through. We missed our Friday night booking, but it was ok. Saturday we went to the Chateau and arrived about 1040. I was worried that it wouldn't be honored because we were late, or that the club would decide not to have a guest list. We couldn't go on until everyone was there. Staff was very nice. I freaked out when she checked the guest list, cuz I couldn't remember how many how many people I had listed! We ended up having the right count and we all got in free. Lol.
