Halloween comes a little bit early this year with a major celebration and costume contest at XS Nightclub in Las Vegas. $20,000 will be given away in cash and prizes for this special Halloween costume contest with headliner Diplo on Sunday, October 27. On site registration begins at 10:30pm, and all contestants must be checked in by midnight.
